At Family First Lawyers, our strength lies in our people. From experienced advocates to dedicated junior paralegals, every member of our team shares one goal: putting families first. With a shared commitment to excellence, mentorship, and community impact, we combine legal knowledge with compassion to deliver a high standard of client support. Together, we are not only addressing today’s challenges but also helping to shape the next generation of legal professionals.
All members of our team operate as independent consultants and work in accordance with our internal policies, supervision structure, and professional standards. The services we provide are limited to unreserved legal activities, including client support, document preparation, case organisation, and guidance throughout the legal process.
Family First Lawyers maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance for the services we deliver.
We do not undertake any reserved or regulated legal activities in-house.
Where a matter requires regulated work, we work alongside or refer clients to appropriately authorised solicitors, barristers, or regulated organisations to ensure they receive fully compliant representation where required.

Principal Director
As the Founder of Family First Lawyers, I am driven by a clear mission to improve how individuals and families access legal support. Our organisation focuses on innovative, affordable and client-centred services across unreserved family law matters, working collaboratively with SRA-regulated practices where reserved work is required.
With experience in family law and advocacy, I approach each matter with both empathy and determination, supporting clients as they navigate complex and sensitive legal processes. This work has provided broader insight into the justice system and informs my commitment to improving access to justice and supporting meaningful change.
Beyond practice, I remain engaged in initiatives that contribute to a fairer and more accessible justice system. I work with sector partners and advisory forums focused on tackling violence against women and girls, and continue to support charities and community organisations on the frontline through our access to justice scheme. Mentorship sits at the heart of my vision, and I am passionate about supporting aspiring lawyers, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, by helping them build the skills, confidence and opportunities to progress.
At Family First Lawyers, I lead a dedicated team united by a shared commitment to high standards, collaboration and continuous improvement. Together, we aim not only to support positive outcomes for clients, but also to contribute to a more responsive, inclusive and modern approach to legal services.
